We first met Brian, through his Real Estate Resource for Educators program that was presented to my mother. We were just getting started in the home buying process and had very little knowledge on the necessary steps to take. Immediately upon meeting Brian, my fiancé and I felt a calm, knowledgeable, and understanding presence, which made us jump on the opportunity to work with him. Throughout the entire progression of looking at homes, Brian was patient, extremely well informed, and showed mastery in the home buying process. While the home buying process can be stressful at times, Brian was a calming force that was always looking out for our best interests. We are so happy that we had the opportunity to work with Brian and cannot wait to work with him again in the future.  I first heard about Brian through a real estate webinar that he conducted for home buyers and sellers. I really enjoyed the webinar as it was informative and focused. When we decided to look at a house, I called Brian and he immediately set up a tour for the next day...and so began our home buying journey. Every step of the way, Brian kept us informed and updated. If we had a question, he found the information and got back to us very quickly. When I think of the service industry, there are providers who do their job and you get the service you were expecting. Then there are providers who go above and beyond. I can sincerely share that Brian went above and beyond in the service he provided us. He not only gave us good advice, but he also gave us referrals for a variety of contractors that provided excellent service quickly and efficiently. If you are going to go through this process, Brian is the guy to have by your side. 

Brian was personable, professional and very thorough. There is no guessing when your working with Brian. He sends out update, checks in with you and seems to be available 24/7! Buying and selling our home in this aggressive market was overwhelming at best, but Brian was prepared to answer our questions and worked with our busy schedule.  He is also very well connected with the community as well as all the other players in a real estate transaction (i.e. title co. home inspections, home repair contractors, etc...) If we had a question or problem, Brian had the answer. I highly recommend Brian for your next real estate transaction. 

Working with Brian was a great experience! As a first time home buyer his knowledge, experience, communication and kindness was everything I needed and more! He was helpful and looked over everything thoroughly so that I had everything I needed! He double checked everything to make sure  nothing slipped by in the buyer disclosures that would eventually have been a negative impact on me! I was so thankful to work with him. Brian was not only observant of minor details with paperwork, he was also very observant  as well during the visits to each house we visited! I highly recommend working with Brian!
 

Brian helped us to sell our father's house. Brian was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and gave us detailed and helpful insights into getting the house ready for sale. He walked us through the process for 1) getting the house ready, 2) the showing and sales process, and 3) the closing process.  He communicated continuously with us during each step of the process and gave us a view of the progress we were making.  We received multiple offers for the house.  Brian walked us through the strengths and weaknesses of each offer and help us negotiate the final sale price which was above asking.

Brian Tucci helped me sell my condo and helped my boyfriend and I buy a house. This could’ve been a very stressful time, but it wasn’t because Brian communicated frequently about the process. Using his suggestions on what to fix and upgrade in my condo, I was able to get an offer the first day my condo was listed. When we found the home we wanted, he listened to our concerns and negotiated a deal for us. He also considered details we didn’t think of. For example, the sellers of our home wanted to install something unsafe for well water. Brian fought to get them to install the best product so we would have safe water. We are very grateful to have worked with Brian because he made this process run smoothly. If you want a real estate agent who communicates effectively, listens to your concerns, and fights for what’s best for you- then Brian Tucci is your guy!

I have a crazy work schedule, but Brian was incredibly flexible. He was extremely knowledgeable, and worked hard to get us our dream home. I would recommend him to everyone.

Where to even begin! This is the caliber of realtor you want on your side, especially if you are a first time homebuyer like my husband and I. We were warned of realtors who just want a commission and don't care about your individual needs. Brian exceeded any and all expectations. My husband is overseas serving in the Air Force so I knew buying a house on my own would be challenging (and throw in a pandemic to boot). We ran into a few speed bumps with financing and Brian was with me every step of the way sacrificing money and time away from his family to ensure we got the home of our dreams. He is a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor but an even better person which is what really mattered to us. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

He listened carefully to what I was looking for and in every instance he provided me those properties to consider. Location, price range, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and local amenities were all at the forefront. It is unbelievable the amount of paperwork required to both sell and purchase a home. He handled both with ease. He was responsive daily, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day as needed to get the job done. His skill at negotiating at the selling point and at the buying point was also exceptional. He was present at both settlements and there to answer any concerns or questions should they arise. They didn't as he prepared me completely. I would recommend him without reservation.

Great person who jump right in to help us when we needed him, even if we still haven't located our property yet but he has been willing to help us out.
