Our Mission
The core mission of MDRRE is to connect Maryland's educators, teachers, staff, and administrators with expert agents and loan officers to assist them with real estate transactions. MDRRE also strives to provide access and background knowledge of the real estate process through monthly webinars to promote educator's/staff with access to housing. The programs focus on the key components of a real estate transaction including the general process and steps involved, from obtaining financing, working with an agent and loan officer, home inspections, common contract addenda, and common challenges, all the way to signing the paperwork at settlement. The programs also provide insights on the availability of state and other educator-specific programs that may be available to assist educators with financing and down payment options.
